Stock (Growth & Prime)
How stock works
Parozo keeps your store room in step with your sales. Purchases add stock, orders cut it through recipes, counts correct it — and you see food cost and what to reorder.
Included in Growth and Prime
- 1
Add your stock items — or tick them from the usual list. Oil in litres, paneer in kg, pav in pieces.
- 2
Give your best-selling dishes a recipe. From the next order, stock is cut on its own.
- 3
Enter each supplier bill as a Purchase. Stock goes up at the price you actually paid.
- 4
Do a quick Count now and then, and log Wastage. The books stay true.
- 5
Watch the top: stock value, low and out-of-stock items, and the morning reorder list on your phone.
Example
You buy 2 tins of oil (30 l) and 5 kg paneer from Shree Traders. Every Paneer Tikka sold takes 150 g paneer and 20 ml oil. On Sunday the count shows 5.5 l oil against 6 l in the books — a ₹70 gap, now visible.
Good to know
- Start with your ten best sellers. They cover most of what leaves the store room.
- The first count is the most important — do it on a quiet morning so every item starts at what is really on the shelf.
