The service

Parozo provides restaurant management software — ordering, kitchen display, billing, reports, staff management, restaurant web pages and related features — through the web and mobile apps.

Features and limits depend on your plan, as shown on the Pricing page at the time you subscribe or renew.

Your account

You must give accurate details and keep your password safe. You are responsible for everything done through your account and by the staff you add.

You must be authorised to act for the business you register, and at least 18 years old.

Subdomains (yourname.parozo.com) are allotted on a first-come basis. We may reclaim a subdomain that is misleading, infringes someone's rights or belongs to an account that has been closed.

Free trial

New accounts start with a free trial for the number of days shown on the chosen plan. No payment is needed to start.

When the trial ends, your data is kept and you can still sign in and view it, but creating orders, bills and changes pauses until you choose a paid plan.

One free trial per business. We may decline or end trials that appear to be abusive or duplicated.

Plans, payment and renewal

Plans are billed in advance for the period you choose (monthly, quarterly, half-yearly or yearly). Prices are shown before GST; GST is charged as applicable.

When a period ends without renewal, the account behaves as described for an ended trial after any grace days shown on your plan screen.

We may change prices for future periods; a change never affects a period you have already paid for.

Your data

You own your business data — your menu, bills, reports and customer information. You grant us the rights needed to host and process it to provide Parozo.

You are responsible for the lawfulness of the data you enter, including guest data, and for your own tax filings. Parozo's GST reports are a tool; confirm rates and returns with your accountant.

Acceptable use

Do not misuse Parozo: no unlawful content, no attempts to break security or access other businesses' data, no reselling the service without our written agreement, and no overloading our systems.

We may suspend an account that breaks these terms or puts other users at risk, and will tell you why where we reasonably can.

Availability and support

We work to keep Parozo available and fast, but it depends on the internet, third-party providers and your devices, so we cannot promise uninterrupted service.

Support is provided over WhatsApp, phone and email during reasonable business hours.

Liability

Parozo is provided on an “as is” basis. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses such as lost profits or revenue, and our total liability for any claim is limited to the fees you paid us in the three months before it arose.

Ending the agreement

You may stop using Parozo at any time. You can ask us for an export of your bills and orders before closing your account.

We may end the service for an account on notice, or immediately for serious breach of these terms.

Law and contact

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Courts at Sabarkantha, Gujarat have jurisdiction, subject to any consumer protection rights you cannot waive.
