How it works
- Switch the restaurant to pay-first in Settings.
- A guest's order is held rather than sent — the kitchen never sees it yet.
- Your counter takes the money and releases it with one tap.
- Only then does the KOT print and the cook start.

- Per-table override, so one regular can still pay after
Questions about pay-first (prepaid) ordering
Can I use pay-first for some tables and pay-after for others?
Yes. The restaurant has a default and individual sittings can be switched.
