Privacy Policy
This policy explains what information Parozo collects, why, and what control you have over it. Parozo is operated by RelieveX Labs (“we”, “us”). It applies to parozo.com, restaurant pages at *.parozo.com, the Parozo web console and the Parozo mobile apps.
Last updated: 30 September 2026
Who this covers
Restaurant owners and the staff they add (“Customers” and “Users”).
Guests who scan a restaurant's QR code, place an order, book a slot or open a shared bill (“Guests”).
Visitors to parozo.com who read the site or contact us.
For the information a restaurant enters about its own business and guests, the restaurant decides what is collected and why; we process it on the restaurant's behalf to provide the service.
What we collect
Account details: name, mobile number, email (optional), password (stored only as a one-way hash), role and permissions.
Business details: restaurant name, address, GSTIN, FSSAI number, menu, prices, tables, settings, images you upload.
Transactions: orders, bills, payments recorded, discounts, cancellations and the staff member who made each change.
Guest details: what the guest chooses to give — for example a name and mobile number for a booking or a takeaway order — and the orders they place.
Device and technical data: a random device identifier in the browser (to let a guest cancel only their own order), app push-notification tokens, IP address, browser and app version, and logs used to keep the service secure.
Contact form: the name, number, email and message you send us.
How we use it
To run the service: send orders to the kitchen, raise bills, print and share invoices, show reports and send notifications to staff.
To secure accounts, prevent abuse and investigate problems.
To contact you about your account, your trial or plan, and support requests.
To improve Parozo using aggregated, non-identifying usage patterns.
We do not sell personal data, and we do not use restaurants' guest data for our own marketing.
Sharing
With service providers who help us run Parozo — cloud hosting and database, image storage and delivery, push notifications and email — under obligations to protect the data.
When a restaurant or its guest shares something themselves, for example a bill link sent on WhatsApp.
When required by law, or to protect the rights, safety and property of our users or the public.
Storage, security and retention
Data is transmitted over encrypted connections (HTTPS). Passwords are hashed. Access inside a restaurant is controlled by the permissions the owner grants.
We keep account and transaction data while the account is active and for as long as needed for legal, tax and accounting purposes afterwards. Bills are retained because tax law requires invoice records to be preserved.
No system is perfectly secure; we work to protect data and will notify affected Customers of a breach as the law requires.
Your choices and rights
Owners can correct business details, remove staff and change permissions at any time from the app or console.
Under India's Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023, you may ask to access, correct or erase your personal data, and to withdraw consent where processing relies on it. Guests should contact the restaurant first; we will help the restaurant respond.
Write to info@relievexlabs.com to make a request. We may need to verify your identity.
Cookies and local storage
parozo.com and the console use the browser's local storage for things you would expect: keeping you signed in, remembering light or dark mode and your last-used phone number. We do not use advertising cookies.
Children
Parozo is a business tool and is not directed at children. Accounts are created by businesses and their adult staff.
Changes and contact
We will update this page when our practices change and show the date at the top.
