Stock (Growth & Prime)
Stock items & units
Each thing your store room keeps: the unit you count it in, how it is bought, when to warn you, and what you have now.
Included in Growth and Prime
- 1
Name the item: Refined oil, Paneer, Onion, Container 500 ml.
- 2
Pick the unit you count it in — kg, g, l, ml or pcs. Recipes use this unit too.
- 3
Set Warn below: when stock drops under it you get a low-stock alert. Usual order is what you normally buy.
- 4
Add how it is bought: Tin = 15 l, Bag = 50 kg, Tray = 30 pcs. Then a purchase can be entered as "2 Tin".
- 5
For a new item, enter what is on the shelf now and its cost — that is the opening stock.
