Questions about qr code ordering
Do guests need to download an app to order?
No. The QR code opens your menu in the phone's browser. Guests order without installing anything or creating an account.
What happens if two people at the same table scan the code?
Both phones join the same sitting. Everything they order goes on one bill for that table, and each person can only cancel their own order.
Can I stop QR orders for a while?
Yes. Pause ordering from Settings and guests can still see the menu but cannot send orders until you switch it back on.
