Refund & Cancellation Policy
Every Parozo plan begins with a free trial so you can run real service before paying anything. This policy covers what happens after you pay.

Cancelling
You can stop renewing at any time — simply don't renew when your period ends, or tell us on WhatsApp or email. Your data remains available to view.
Refunds
If you are not satisfied, write to us within 7 days of your first paid period starting and we will refund that payment in full.
After that, payments for a period already started are not refundable, except where we are unable to provide the service because of a fault on our side, in which case we refund the unused portion.
Approved refunds are made to the original payment method within 7–10 working days.
Changing plans
Moving to a higher plan takes effect immediately; you pay the difference for the time remaining in your current period.
Moving to a lower plan takes effect from your next renewal.
