This page is for the Parozo app (Android and iOS) and the Parozo web console, made by RelieveX Labs. You can delete your account yourself at any time — in the app, or with the form below.

Delete from the Parozo app
- Open the Parozo app and sign in.
- Go to More → Delete account (also under More → Password & sessions → Delete my account).
- Enter your password, type DELETE, and tap Delete.
- Your account is deleted straight away and you are signed out.
What is deleted
Restaurant owners: your owner account is your restaurant on Parozo. Deleting it permanently erases the restaurant and everything in it — every staff login, the menu, tables, activities and settings, all orders, bills, payments and GST reports, the public restaurant page and QR codes, and every photo and file in cloud storage.
Managers, waiters and cooks: your login, name, mobile number, email and photo are erased. The orders and bills you handled belong to the restaurant's records and stay with the owner, shown as “Deleted user”.
What is kept, and for how long
Nothing linked to you is kept in Parozo after deletion. Copies in our encrypted backups are removed as those backups expire, within 30 days. Short-lived security logs roll over automatically.
Deletion can't be undone. Owners who need bills or GST reports for their accountant should download them from the app or console first. See our Privacy Policy for details.
