From sign-up to your first real order — in a day
No installation visit, no training course, no hardware to buy. Here is exactly what the first day looks like, and roughly how long each part takes.
Add your restaurant
- Choose a plan — every plan starts with a free trial.
- Enter your restaurant's name, city and the web address you want (yourname.parozo.com).
- Create the owner login with your mobile number and a password.
- You are signed straight into your dashboard. That login can create everybody else.
Put the menu in
- Make your categories first — Starters, Rotis, Thali, Drinks.
- Add dishes with prices. Photos are optional and can wait.
- Add variants for half / full, and add-ons for extra cheese or butter.
- Send us a photo of your printed menu and we will help with the first version.
Tables and QR codes
- Your tables are already numbered from sign-up — add, rename or group them into sections.
- Open Tables & QR and print the sheet.
- Stick one code on each table. Laminate them — they live on a dining table.
- Scan one yourself and place a test order.
Add your staff
- Add each waiter, cook and manager with their phone number.
- Pick what each one may do — a cook does not need the reports.
- They install the Parozo app, sign in, and see only their own screens.
- Anybody's access can be taken away instantly if they leave.
Bills and GST
- Enter your GSTIN, FSSAI number and address.
- Choose your GST rate and whether prices already include tax.
- Set your invoice prefix and the number to start from.
- Raise one test bill and print it before a real guest is waiting.
The first shift
- Put the kitchen board on a phone or TV in the kitchen.
- Keep the old system running alongside for one evening. Only one.
- Watch where your staff hesitate — that is what needs a setting changed.
- Message us that night. We will help fix it before the next service.

Getting-started questions
What is Parozo?
Parozo is restaurant management software for restaurants, cafes, dhabas, hotels, cloud kitchens and sports cafes. It brings QR code ordering, a kitchen display, table management, GST billing, WhatsApp bills, staff permissions and sales reports into one app that runs on Android, iPhone and any web browser.
How do I add my restaurant to Parozo?
Click Add your restaurant, choose a plan, enter your restaurant's name, city and web address, then create your owner login with your mobile number. Your free trial starts immediately and you are signed straight into your dashboard.
Is there a free trial?
Yes. Every plan starts with a free trial — the number of days is shown on each plan. You do not need a card to start, and everything you set up during the trial stays when you choose a plan.
What happens when the free trial ends?
Your data stays safe and you can still sign in and view everything. Taking new orders and making changes pauses until you choose a plan — the app takes you to the plan page and you can renew in a couple of minutes over WhatsApp.
How long does setup take?
Most restaurants are taking real orders the same day. Adding the menu takes an hour or two; tables and QR codes about twenty minutes; staff about fifteen. We will help you put your first menu in if you send us a photo of it.
