About Parozo
Software for the people who actually run restaurants
Parozo started with a simple observation: the busiest people in India's food business — dhaba owners, cafe managers, cooks at the pass — were being handed software designed for somebody else. So we built one system for the whole shift, from the guest's first scan to the GST report at the end of the month.
What Parozo is
Parozo is a cloud restaurant management system. Guests order from a QR code at their table; the order reaches a live kitchen display and the phones of the staff who need it; every round builds one bill with GST, packing and discounts worked out; and the owner sees the day's sales, busiest hours and best dishes from anywhere.
Each restaurant also gets its own web page at yourname.parozo.com — its live menu, photos, timings, takeaway ordering and, for sports cafes and turf grounds, online slot booking.
It runs on Android, iPhone and any web browser, and it's used by restaurants, cafes, dhabas, hotels, cloud kitchens, quick-service counters and sports cafes.

Restaurants shouldn't have to buy a counter PC and a proprietary box to take an order. Parozo runs on the phones staff already carry.
Honest numbers
A bill keeps the price and tax it was raised with. Nothing is silently deleted — a cancelled bill stays on record with its reason.
Owners' time matters
Every setting exists because an owner asked for it on a busy night. If a feature needs a manual, we rewrite the feature.
