Getting started

What is Parozo?

Parozo is restaurant management software for restaurants, cafes, dhabas, hotels, cloud kitchens and sports cafes. It brings QR code ordering, a kitchen display, table management, GST billing, WhatsApp bills, staff permissions and sales reports into one app that runs on Android, iPhone and any web browser.

How do I add my restaurant to Parozo?

Click Add your restaurant, choose a plan, enter your restaurant's name, city and web address, then create your owner login with your mobile number. Your free trial starts immediately and you are signed straight into your dashboard.

Is there a free trial?

Yes. Every plan starts with a free trial — the number of days is shown on each plan. You do not need a card to start, and everything you set up during the trial stays when you choose a plan.

What happens when the free trial ends?

Your data stays safe and you can still sign in and view everything. Taking new orders and making changes pauses until you choose a plan — the app takes you to the plan page and you can renew in a couple of minutes over WhatsApp.

How long does setup take?

Most restaurants are taking real orders the same day. Adding the menu takes an hour or two; tables and QR codes about twenty minutes; staff about fifteen. We will help you put your first menu in if you send us a photo of it.

Devices & hardware

What devices do I need?

Any Android phone or iPhone, and any computer or tablet with a browser. A thermal receipt printer (58mm or 80mm) is optional — bills can also go out on WhatsApp.

Do my guests need to install an app?

No. Guests scan the QR code on the table and your menu opens in their phone's browser.

Can I use a TV as the kitchen display?

Yes. Open the kitchen board in the browser of any smart TV, tablet or phone at the pass.

Does Parozo work without internet?

Parozo is a cloud system and needs an internet connection to send orders between phones. Orders already on the kitchen screen stay there during a short outage, and waiters can add missed orders manually once you're back online.

Billing & GST

Is Parozo GST compliant?

Parozo produces GST tax invoices (or bills of supply) with your GSTIN, CGST/SGST or IGST lines and an unbroken invoice series, and prepares rate-wise and B2B/B2C totals for your returns. Please confirm your rates and filing with your chartered accountant.

Can I take payment in cash, UPI and card on one bill?

Yes. A bill can be settled with several payments across cash, UPI, card and online.

Can I send bills on WhatsApp?

Yes. Share the bill as a link on WhatsApp. It opens an itemised invoice with your logo and GSTIN that the guest can open again later.

Plans & payment

How much does Parozo cost?

Plans are priced monthly, quarterly, half-yearly and yearly, with longer periods costing less per month. The Pricing page always shows the current prices straight from our system. Prices are before GST.

Can I change my plan later?

Yes. Move up or down whenever you need to. The change applies immediately and nothing you have set up is lost.

How do I renew or pay for my plan?

Message us on WhatsApp from the plan page in the app or the console. We confirm the plan and period, share payment details, and switch your plan on as soon as the payment arrives.

Data & security

Who can see my restaurant's data?

Only the people you add. Every staff member signs in with their own mobile number and sees only what their permissions allow. You can take access away instantly.

Who builds Parozo?

Parozo is designed and built by RelieveX Labs, a software studio in Himatnagar, Gujarat, India, founded by Priyank Patel.
