Money (Growth & Prime)
Money book
Your cash drawer and bank accounts like a passbook. Bill payments land on their own; purchases, expenses and transfers come out of the account you pick.
Included in Growth and Prime
- 1
Add each account — Cash drawer, HDFC current, PhonePe — with the balance on the day you start.
- 2
Bill payments land on their own: cash in the drawer, UPI and card in the bank, the way each account is set.
- 3
Purchases and supplier payments come out of the account you choose when you enter them.
- 4
Transfer moves money between accounts — cash deposited in the bank, or the owner taking money home.
- 5
Open an account to see every entry with the running balance, month by month.
Example
Monday morning: drawer ₹3,000, HDFC ₹2,10,000. By night, ₹9,450 cash and ₹16,300 UPI came from bills, ₹6,195 went to Shree Traders and ₹10,000 cash was deposited. Both balances are exact.
Good to know
- Bringing old books? Set an earlier start date and add old entries back-dated.
- Each payment method lands in one account only — ticking it on one account takes it off the others.
