Team & permissions

Add each person with their mobile number, start from a role and tick exactly what they may do. They see only their own screens.

The numbers on the picture match the steps.

Enter their name and mobile number and set a password for them.

Pick a role — manager, waiter or cook. It fills in sensible permissions.

Tick or untick single permissions: discounts, cancelling bills, reports, stock, money.

Save. They install the Parozo app and sign in. A change applies on their next refresh.

Sunil is a waiter who also runs the counter at night: role Waiter, plus "Create bills" and "Collect payment", but no discounts and no reports.

Never share the owner login. Give each person their own — the activity log then says who did what.
When someone leaves, switch their account off. Nothing they did is lost.
