The numbers on the picture match the steps.

    Pick a tab at the top. A dot on a tab means it has unsaved changes.

  2. 2

    Switch the rules you want: QR ordering, pay-first, auto-free tables, kitchen layout.

  3. 3

    Tap Save changes at the bottom. Every phone picks it up at once.

  4. 4

    Stock & money has its own tab with its own Save button.

Example

A café that closes at 1 am sets "Business day starts at 04:00" under Advanced, so a bill at 12:30 am still counts for the evening it belongs to.

Good to know

  • Printer, GST and invoice numbers live in Bill & print, not here.
  • Only people with the settings permission can open this screen.
