    Search by bill number, table, guest name or phone.

    Filter by period, or show only unpaid or cancelled bills.

  3. 3

    Tap a bill to open it with its full GST breakup and payments.

  4. 4

    Reprint or share it on WhatsApp as many times as the guest needs.

  5. 5

    Cancel or refund with a reason. It stays in the list, marked, so the numbering never has a gap.

Example

A guest calls the next day for a GST bill for office claims. Search their phone number, open INV-0142, add their GSTIN if needed and share it on WhatsApp.

Good to know

  • Only people with the cancel permission see Cancel and Refund.
  • Bills keep the price that was charged, even if you change the menu later.
