Bill & settle
Raise the bill for everything the table ordered, apply a discount if allowed, take one or several payments, print or WhatsApp it and free the table.

Check the items. Every round the table ordered is already on the bill.

Add a discount — percent or flat — with a reason, if your role allows it.

Pick how they paid: cash, UPI, card, or Split for part cash, part UPI.

Print on the thermal printer, or share the bill on WhatsApp as a link to a proper invoice.

Tap Settle. The bill gets its invoice number and the table is free for the next guests.
Example
Items ₹800, 5% regular-customer discount (−₹40), GST 5% (₹38): to pay ₹798. ₹500 in cash and ₹298 by UPI — choose Split, enter both, Settle.
Good to know
- Whether prices include GST is one switch in Bill & print settings — it explains almost every total that surprises somebody.
- A wrong bill is cancelled with a reason, never deleted — your accountant still sees it.
