Stock & money

Restaurant inventory and stock management that counts itself

Give each dish a recipe — 200 g paneer, 30 g butter, 20 ml oil. From then on every KOT that reaches the kitchen takes exactly that from stock, a cancelled dish puts it back, and a purchase tops it up at its real cost.

Every order cuts its own ingredients. You stop counting by hand.

How it works

  1. Add what your store room keeps — or tick it from the usual list. Oil in litres, paneer in kg, pav in pieces.
  2. Say how each item is bought: a 15 l tin, a 50 kg bag, a tray of 30 eggs.
  3. Give each dish a recipe. Half and Full can differ; add-ons and parcel boxes have their own lines.
  4. When stock arrives, enter the supplier's bill with their invoice number and GST — stock goes up at its landed cost.
  5. Orders cut stock the moment the kitchen gets them. Cancelled before cooking, it comes back; cancelled after, it is logged as wastage.
  6. A quick stock count corrects anything the books missed — and shows what the gap cost.

What you get

  • Live stock of every item, with a low-stock and out-of-stock alert on the phone
  • Plate cost and food-cost % for every dish and every size
  • Purchases with the supplier's invoice number, GSTIN, CGST/SGST or IGST
  • What you owe each supplier, paid in part or in full, oldest bill first
  • Wastage with a reason, and a stock register (opening, in, used, wasted, closing)
  • Dishes that hide themselves when an ingredient runs out — if you want
  • One Excel with the stock register, purchases, every movement and supplier dues

Questions about stock & inventory

Does stock go down on its own when an order is taken?

Yes. When a KOT reaches the kitchen — dine-in, parcel, QR, takeaway or a delivery platform — Parozo takes each dish's recipe from stock. You can choose to cut it when the order is ready or served instead.

What happens when a dish is cancelled?

Cancelled before the kitchen started it, the ingredients go back into stock. Cancelled after cooking, they are logged as wastage, because the food was made.

Can I buy oil by the tin and use it by the ml?

Yes. Keep oil in litres, add a purchase unit 'Tin = 15 l', enter purchases as tins and recipes in ml. Parozo converts every time.

Which plans have stock management?

Growth and Prime. Starter doesn't include it.
